#1 Partnership Support Needed= SPACE
We have the talent, the supplies, the insurance, the funding, the arts and crafts, and God’s Guidance. We are desperately in need of a space. As a mobile 501c3 nonprofit we do not possess our own space, our programs are dedicated to teens and young children in the Southeast Volusia cities: Samsula, Oakhill, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. And this program would require a much larger space. Once our program has ended, we no longer occupy the space. Our teen ministry operates like this because we try to keep our programs free of charge. This summer program is no different. It will pay for itself. The Goal is to Spread the Gospel. But we need your help to achieve this.
Dedicated Space for 10 Weeks
We run our camp for 10 straight weeks it is a full day camp. We have been running a camp for 3 years and have all the policies and procedures in place
Camp is structured for up to 65 Kids
We will teach up to 65 kids. We want to share the gospel with as many kids as possible. And this year 65 is our max.
We carry our own insurance per incident
We have ran 3 Vacation bible camps in the past without any incident. However, just like Jesus is our insurance policy. We make sure we are also prepared ☺️
Hours are 8am to 5pm
We are experienced in time management. We have a full day and keep our campers until 5pm. All parents are usually prompt and we leave at 5pm.
Cleanliness is a Must
We keep all areas clean and tidy after every activity. At the end of the day a full sweep is made and everything is put back in order. Campers as well as staff keep all areas clean at all times
We ask that you consider the scripture that says to help those of the faith first. We would humbly appreciate it. And pray and ask the Lord how you may assist us

Camper Sponsorship
For just $85 a week or $850 for the 10 weeks, you can sponsor one child’s camp experience. Your church can fund multiple scholarships, and we’ll provide you with updates on the children you’ve helped.

If your church has a space that can accommodate 65 kids, we would love to discuss using it for our camp. We’ll make sure to leave it clean and ready for Sunday services. We carry our own Insurance per incident and will help to offset the summer bills like lights & water

How Our Camp Stands Out
What makes us different from other camps? First of all, we have a face-to-face policy. Kids are here to connect with God, with each other, and to experience life without distractions. We teach them how to use technology responsibly, but their focus is on the Bible, learning, and growing."
Bible Stories & Crafts
Kids will dive into Bible stories every day, bringing those stories to life through arts and crafts so they can better understand and remember God’s word.
Worship & Praise
Every morning, we worship and praise God together, setting the tone for the day. Learning those same songs that I and my children,a nd more than likely , you sing to this day. It’s a joyful, spirit-filled start to each day.
Weekly Fun Field Trips
Every Friday, we take our campers on an exciting field trip, enriching their summer experience and reinforcing the lessons they’ve learned."
S.T.E.A.M. Curriculum
We incorporate STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math—with Music! Kids will have the chance to explore the world of science and technology while learning about God’s creation through different mini-camps that we provide
Optional Reading and Math Camp
We also offer fun, engaging ways to improve reading and math skills, ensuring that kids are improving academically while enjoying their summer. Parents can sign their kids up for this mini camp. I am reading and math specialist for the last 25 years of my life and I can gaurantee growth in this area
Outdoor Sports
Tag, kickball, freeze tag, and other activities get kids moving and having fun, all while creating lasting memories with their peers.

Morning Vacation Bible Camp

Every morning, we worship and praise God together, setting the tone for the day. Learning those same songs that I and my children,a nd more than likely , you sing to this day. It’s a joyful, spirit-filled start to each day.
Hands-On Science projects
Every day our Campers get to experience the world of science through the eyes of God. He made this world and I know he can explain it better. They will see the wonders of Gods Hands
Sports Roundtable
We GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY IN THE SUN. We do all kinds of unconventional organized sports like badminton, volleyball, bring the skates, bring the skateboards, bring the bikes, play freeze tag, kickball… Good ole fashion fun
Optional Reading and Math Camp
Parents can sign their kids up for reading and math camp. It is only 45 minutes a day that will keep the low grades away. They still get to participate in all the activities they signed up for. Plus it will be super fun
Outdoor Sports
Tag, kickball, freeze tag, and other activities get kids moving and having fun, all while creating lasting memories with their peers.
2025 Imagine Summer Camp
Camp Goal
Our goal is to reach 65 kids this summer. Preach the gospel to spread the love of God. Increase reading and math levels. Teach hands on science, technology, arts, music through Gods lense.
The Issue
We are competing against well-established camps that have the backing of county-funded scholarships, and they are well-known to parents. We need to compete with these camps to offer a unique, Christ-centered experience for kids.
But what we offer is something that cannot be matched by any secular or government-funded program.

Sponsor as many children into the camp as possible. Spread the love of God through applicable arts, crafts, stories, songs, outside play, organized activities, and weekly trips.
